"I've been going to the Gulfgate store for over 10 years now. I love the fact that they don't have a lot of stylist turnover. I've tried each of the different artists throughout my visits. They have all been friendly and amazing at their craft. As I'm aging and getting LESS hair, they worth with what I've got left and give me a great quality cut everytime. There wasn't a wait today, but if there was, it's worth it!"

"Tried to make an appointment over the phone and was told they will not accept appointments made this way. I took time out of my day to research the area, find the number and place a call to schedule an appointment (it would have been my first time here). If this location refuses to make a simple appointment by phone, there are countless other salons nearby with far better reviews that would be happy to schedule me in over the phone. I'm sure they have no issue taking my money. Update: What does it matter if it is same day or later in the week? No excuse. Also, I booked with a salon right down the road who had no problem at all picking up the phone and scheduling a time for me on Sunday. I will be giving them my money from now on. Bottom Line: you lost a customer"
