"I had a wonderful experience the first time I went to this salon and wanted to go again. I booked online and received a confirmation email stating that my appointment was confirmed. I showed up to the salon ready for my appointment and it was closed. I called the number and the lady (assuming the owner) answered with an attitude. I stated that I had an appointment but the salon was closed. She said they were not opening again until August 3rd. I said “well I had a confirmation for an appointment for today at 9.” She said “well you need to check again because I didn’t confirm no appointment”. The lady had a bad attitude on the phone and was very rude. If there was some sort of mistake because THEIR website confirmed an appointment which they shouldn’t have, then the correct approach would have been to be apologetic but instead she was nasty on the phone. During a time when small businesses are suffering, you would think she would be more friendly."

"Never never never having Bertha touch my hair again. She does not know how to color hair. I paid over 130$ for her to burn and mess up my hair. I had to go to Mary’s salon down the road for it to be fixed. HORRIBLE!! I’ve been a loyal customer for years and now it’s over."

"So I went with bertha (the salon owner) about a month ago to do my hair. I wanted dark roots and a blonde balayage. It wasn't faded out right, I had lines between my dark brown hair and the blonde. I had to come twice for her to fix it and she still didn't get it right. I paid 145, for her to just mess my hair up. She completely burned my hair, not the ends but the middle because she couldn't fix it right the first time. Don't even bother. Her specialty is probably just dying single colored hair. So disappointed and pissed."
