"The moment I walked into the store I was met with annoyed look on one of the nail technicians’ face. The lady who did my feet literally rushed the work, barely filed my nails. I noticed last minute that the establishment was cash only so I did what I could to fix the situation. My nail tech literally called someone over the phone and gave them my card information. It declined the first time and she was quick to tell me I had no money. The issue was settled but they’re very unprofessional. And low and behold someone made an unauthorized transaction on my card, now I have to order a new one. Update: I might have to get my feet checked out. My toe nails have been growing improperly and has been brittle ever since getting my toes done here at this salon."

Then cut me and didn’t want me to look saying it’s ok no worries, lady bs.But get mad when I complaint hope she wasn’t finishing my pedicure I just got up and left.Never again back to the Nawf to get my feet done"

"I've been going here for 13 years. Over time they have got progressively worse. Today was the last straw. First they messed up my brows one too many times. So I stopped having them do my brows. Today I got the worst shellac pedicure I have ever seen in my life. Maybe its time for Sue to retire. Just look at that polish. Ridiculous."
