"I got lash extensions done 2 weeks ago. They looked good at first. Then they started to look clumped together. I have been getting extensions for years and know how to take care of them (so that's not the problem). I went to a master stylist at another well known lash company. They had to do a removal due to excessive glue clumps all in my lashes. I also have gaps where my natural lashes came out because of too much glue. I now have to wait a month before getting lashes put back on. Cheaper is NOT better when it comes to your lashes. I do NOT recommend this company."

"My hair cut and eyebrows look so much better after my visit here! I felt very comfortable with the person that helped me. In the past I have been very reluctant to trim my hair because I feel they always cut too much but not here. They kept the length I wanted! Thanks again for great service!"

"I prefer to get my brows done by the owner who I initially saw when I first started coming. Then she started leaving the other lady in there I don’t care for her. 1st issue- If I pay for a service and say thank you as I’m paying, common curtesy is to thank the customer for supporting your business or atleast say goodbye as they leave your establishment. 2nd- I came a few months ago holding my puppy. The lady didn’t say anything about no pets, she did my brows and I left. I was running errands today and was passing the salon so stopped in to get brows. The same lady that did them when I brought my 7lb handheld puppy the last time is telling me no pets allowed. I informed her that I didn’t know and if this was the case why did you tell me the last time. I asked if she could do my brows which takes 5mins and I won’t bring her back next time. She said no. I’ve been coming here for almost 2yrs and no customer loyalty. I went down the street to Zara Brow and not only did they welcome me and my pup but they also asked me to pet her. She’s literally 7lbs and the service only takes 5mins. You can go to hell lady with your dry attitude I won’t be back"

"I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted here a few months ago and I’m barely leaving a review. They do really good here, this is where I first got them tinted and honestly other places I’ve tried just don’t shape them as nicely."

"I had a great experience at the Feminine Touch salon. Radha was in the middle of doing someone's brows, but she still looked up when I walked in and greeted me. Sometimes I go into an eyebrow threading salon and they don't acknowledge me or just tell me to sign-in. Another thing I really appreciated was that Radha didn't comment on the fact that my eyebrows are sparse in some areas, and then try to sell me some oil that will make my brow hairs and eyelashes grow. I've gotten that too often here in Houston. She just did them and that's was it. I did ask her about facial threading, but I decided to try upper lip threading since the price in combination with the eyebrow threading was too good to pass up. She was very sweet and said "yes ma'am" when speaking to me. The salon isn't big, but it's not so small that you would feel cramped."
