"Pros: • the office staff. Literally the best office staff of any doctors office in all of San Antonio. I've never met more kind, well organized office staff. We absolutely adore them and even with the cons, I tried to stay solely because of the office staff, i like them that much. They always make us feel welcome, theyre great with kids, they're understanding, and they do their best to get you in asap. • the wait time is very minimal. Scheduling is pretty easy, we get there and we're seen very quickly, no waiting around in a room for an hour to see a doctor. They're very efficient. • the location next to the heb pharmacy we use is great. It's a plus. Cons: • DR. MULLINS. I constantly feel as though he doesn't listen to me when I speak on concerns with my children. He makes comments under his breath like "always an excuse" or makes these faces like he thinks I'm lying or overreacting. It turns out I wasn't over reacting, as i type this from an ER parking lot. We as parents know when something is not right with our children. To have a doctor constantly dismiss me is just infuriating. Don't work in pediatrics if you're not going to take the concerns of parents, who know their children best, seriously."
"I couldn’t get past the initial call to make an appointment. I called for new patient appointments for 3 of my children. I was redirected to their website to make sure we are in network. I asked if the office could just check for me because I had my hands full watching my children at the moment. The answer was no. The office could not help me Check to see if they accepted my insurance. I’ve never been told that be a pediatricians office. I’ve lived here and in the valley, and never not once has an office been so reluctant to help. If a relationship starts off like this, thank you for helping me make my decision not to use this practice. I called Almouie who was right up the road from them. Almouie was able to verify that they were in network and they set up appointments for all my kids. It’s a shame Priority Pediatrics couldn’t make us a priority and help me out. But there are pediatric offices that will and I will happily pay them."
"Dr. Lovett was fine. The office staff is TERRIBLE. The rudest ladies ALL OFF THEM I've ever dealt with in a pediatric office. I was giving them the chance, in case they had a bad day, but they were always RUDE. They were rude every time we talked on the phone or I had questions, at least four times. PLUS They don't accept walks in. They don't work on Saturday. I've decided to support our veterans and go to Pediatric Heroes."
"Dr. Lovett's front desk was polite, professional, and prompt. We get appointments when we need them. Dr. Lovett is wonderful, caring, listened and took time to review our files. She's pro-vaccination, pro-mental healthcare for kids and we're very thankful we found her."
"We love Dr. Lovett and her staff! They’re always helpful and friendly and never make you feel bad for asking a million questions. Making appointments is easy and always able to make same day appointments for kiddos who are sick. Very compassionate Dr. and staff overall great experience and will continue to come to this office."
