"Refused to return my security deposit after I leased the building behind her salon. I left it in perfect condition and found her a tenant, even though I no longer had a lease in effect with her! She didn't return the security deposit of prior tenant either."

"Very poor customer service. I made an appointment for Sunday morning as well as another appointment with the adjoining spa for a massage (The Petite Retreat) for my husband. I was advised by the person on the phone (Olga?) that I needed to call another number to make the massage appointment. I told her that if the massage appointment couldn't be accommodated at the same time as my hair appointment, I would call her back to reschedule. The next morning my husband and I arrive at the salon to find it empty. We knocked on the door but no one answered. Another customer was there on the porch to retrieve something she had left behind the previous day, and said that she was a friend of Olga's so she would call her cell phone to find out if everything was okay. We waited for 20 minutes, calling the salon number and the spa number (and the friend calling around to make sure there wasn't an accident) but got no answer. My husband and I decided to get breakfast and then swing back. We left messages on the phones as well as with the friend for someone to call me back. We returned to the salon after breakfast and still no one was there. Neither the salon nor the spa called me back for 2 days, so I decided to call the salon today to make sure that everything was alright. The lady who answered the phone (Olga?) remembered me making an appointment and told me that she was waiting for me to confirm my appointment and that was why she was not there Sunday morning. There was definitely some sort of misunderstanding and I understand that these things happen. However, I did leave several messages for which I got no reply and Olga made no attempt on the phone to appease the situation or reschedule the appointment. She was almost rude. It seems that she has no desire to acquire any further business. Very disappointing as I live in the area and this would have been a perfect option for me but it isn't comfortable to have someone cut your hair who has no consideration or respect for your time. As of today I still have also not heard from The Petite Retreat."
