"I recently visited this salon with high expectations based on the glowing reviews, only to be met with disappointment. I specifically requested a fill and showed a picture of the exact chrome color I wanted for my nails. The technician confirmed the color choice and even selected a base color that seemed perfect. However, the experience took a turn for the worse from there. While I understand and appreciate a lively work environment, the excessive chatting and laughter among the staff seemed to distract my technician significantly. This resulted in my nails being filed unevenly, with the shapes lacking cohesion. Despite my pointing out these issues, the attempts to rectify them were unsatisfactory, and due to time constraints, I couldn’t afford to start the process over. To add to the frustration, the chrome finish applied was entirely different from what I had requested. I was informed, only after the fact, that the salon only had that particular chrome color available. Had I been made aware of this limitation beforehand, I could have reconsidered my options. Ultimately, I left the salon unhappy with both the service and the final result. The lack of professionalism and attention to detail was disheartening, especially considering the cost of the services. While I understand that everyone can have an off day, it’s disappointing to pay for a service that doesn’t meet basic standards. Unfortunately, I will not be returning."

"Best service as always, the place is super clean and ambiance relaxing, I have to say to Julie K that gave a bad review on this place based on her “ignorance “ I witnessed a phone call with the owner, which is a very well educated, and sweet lady, explaining to her to bring the receipt, but she refused and wants a refund, every business has their own rules, and we need to respect that, that doesn’t make the place bad, owner told her in front of all of us (different customers ) come back and I’ll fix your nails for free. Plus I will give you a refund with the receipt because I need the Control number on the receipt and she refuses to do that, plus, Julie K did hang up on her, just saw her review very un fair, please be careful on who you believe on their reviews and go try the place yourself and make your own judgment, people is sick and lies for fun, not thinking they can destroy business just for lying! Amazing, clean, friendly and very good service on this place!"
