"Cut was shorter than requested. I was clear that I only wanted one inch but she cut 3 inches. I found a couple sections that were missed and it looks like the difference is at least 3 inches if not sliightly more. I requested a trim and to me that means don't change the cut... But the style/cut is definitely different. That said it is a good cut but just not what I wanted and what I went in with which I wanted to keep. The place is small and not crowded. That's another plus. If it's conveniently located I would recommend with the word of caution to be really firm and clear about you want. In my case I should have said "don't change the cut/style" and I just asked for a trim assuming she understood. Unfortunately, although the cut is good and inexpensive, I might add, I left thinking now I have to grow it out and go back to the prior stylist. :-("
