"I went in nye i got there round 3 i didn’t leave out til 6 the lady was having issues gluing the nail on i should have just stopped her then but i gave her a chance ! Next she put a different color than what i picked ! she massage only one leg ! She was rubbing the nail filer on my skin …my toes hurt so bad today because of that … she also was putting the machine nail thing on my skin making it bleed a lil she had to take the nail polish off 4x on one big toe my cost was $65 and i tipped 5 cause i tip ppl but i really was upset i told them i like a sharp square n they did any shape ! I only went cause i needed my toes done last min but i will never return"

"This was the worst mail experience ever. Do not spend your money here. Jay wanted to argue about my short nail length, he put too much overlay on my refill, did not shape my nails correctly and used the wrong polish after I told him what color I wanted. He rushed on the entire job!"

"It was my first time going into Cosmo and Evelyn did my nails. She did an amazing job! She was very gentle and took her time making sure my nails were exactly how I wanted them. She is so sweet. The management was very hands on and great as well. One of the first things I noticed was the shop was very clean and organized. I will definitely be going back! Great service!"

"I tried to call the nail salon first to get a better idea on why someone would do this to my feet. I was told by manager to go to doctor if I felt I needed it because they have insurance. He added that the woman who did my toes has been doing it for over 20 years and had her own nail shop. No solutions or apologies just the doctor suggestion. As you guys can see my toes are bleeding and infection is taking place after 6 hours of service. I particularly don’t like to write bad reviews unless I’m in need of and help others as per making better decisions on finding better services and customer service. I don’t need to say much as the pictures speaks volumes. I didn’t ask for my money back nor was I able to speak much as the manager Interrupted me and gave me no options but the 2 above on first paragraph. The money is not an issue at all, the goal was to acknowledge the incident and give suggestions or even a simple apology. Terrible work, service & experience. I had to come back home from work yesterday and I’m taking 2 extra days off to allow proper healing. In summary WOW what a way to run a business…."
