"Owner/stylist Yolanda cancelled my 86 year old mom's appointment 15 minutes before scheduled time. My mom was already enroute to the salon. Yolanda was sick and I talked to her on the phone. I told her that 15 minute cancellation is not acceptable, especially for an 86 year old woman driving to the salon. Yolanda proceeded to tell me "Maybe YOU should be driving her. That's what I did when I had an aging parent." So now I'm getting counseled on how to care for my mom from a hair stylist? Not gonna happen.
