"My fiancé came in to get her nails done but was turned away and told to come back later. However when I called (and talked to the same person who turned her away) I was told I could be taken care of if I walked in and would not be turned away. I am wondering why would they turn her away but tell me they could service me right then and there? It’s really odd and does not sit right with me because it feels like a form of discrimination. Do not go here!"

"Beautiful pedicure service. I can only assume this place was hit hard by the pandemic. We made an appointment for two people - there were only two technicians, on a Saturday afternoon. Upon picking out my color, I noticed nearly every bottle of nail polish needed to be shaken - they’ve been sitting so long, the contents have separated and it’s hard to tell the true color. That made me a little sad, bc it’s a clean salon with very attentive and kind technicians."

"When I first walked in, the woman was very nice. Let her know what I wanted and even helped me pick my color. By the time my toes were done it was already an hour, so I didn't have time to get my nails done (not that she remembered that I even wanted them done). Also, when she put the UV light over my foot, she put it right on top on my nail so it dried with an indention, I pointed it out and she said it was my fault. Regardless, she still wasn't rude about it, fixed my toenail and went on my way. Only way I would come back is if I'm absolutely pressured for time."

"I went to Kirby Nail salon this afternoon for the first time. I was very impressed. The salon was very clean and the lovely ladies who gave me my pedicure and manicure were terrific. I definitely will return. So convenient since I live across the street. I highly recommend this salon."

"Nice staff. Good service. Good job on my nails. Great area.. The only thing that prevented them from getting 5 stars is the Shellac UV dryer they use. It took longer than usual. Most dryers take 60 seconds for each coat, theirs took 2-3 minutes. Other than that I'd go back."
