"Unfortunately I just had my first bad experience with this shop. I got my hair done Wednesday and asked for small knotless braids with small parts . I got what I asked for at the top but was given medium/large parts with small braids in the back and middle of my head and did not clean up the braids at all. When I got home and saw the back, I notified the shop that I was not pleased with the work and was not given what I originally asked for. I was told me they would call when they “have time” on Saturday which I find to be a major inconvenience since I sat in the shop over 10 hrs initially to get my hair done and now have to wait around until they are “available” to fix something that could’ve been done properly in the first place. I even told them they could refund me a portion of my payment if they couldn’t resolve the issue. I was told that was not an option. When I called for an approximate time to come in, I received no call backs until I left this review and was screamed at and hung up on. Extremely unprofessional."

"I finally found a braid shop for me and my little girl. I visited on May 6 and I must say that I am very pleased. The service from beginning to end is excellent. As they are braiding your hair they are making sure that you like them. I had Lily and Pam to do my braids. And they are very light handed. Not a lot of tension on your hair. The other lady’s are great as well. The shop is nice and clean. And they all make you feel welcomed."

"this is my second time here since cutting my dreadlocks and i love my hair . My hair was super short and they were able to grip it and no braids fell out . they also take same day appointments. Very convenient."

"I got my braids done July 9 and I’m missing so many braids I can’t put my hair in a ponytail tail. I took a break to let the stylists stop and focus on one client. Originally I wanted micro braids but finding the hair was a challenge. Now it’s July 31 and most of my braids have came out. The parting is not consistent and they should’ve been smaller at the back. I was hopefully I could come in today but I don’t believe the shop is open on Sunday. Everyone was nice and I do like my braids. I will try to call tomorrow to come in before or after work."
