"I have never had a bad experience here... Nor have I ever felt the need to lodge a complaint. The students attend this institute with the hopes of successfully acquiring the required licensing to perform the functions of their chosen career path. Why not support higher education and help provide them with hands-on experience. I have supported this operation for a few years now and I'll continue to do so. A little positivity goes a long way and it can be a great way to provide encouragement for the future generation of beauty care professionals, which also serves a community of individuals with self care and higher confidence."

"I have to share my experience. I was at the facility at eight o'clock waiting for them to open. I went in signed my name and the service I wanted. Because the service I requested would take two hours to complete. I was informed I would have to wait until the students completed the easier styles first then they could start on my hair. So unacceptable the Jamison's didn't run things like that. If you call and ask for a particular service they always say , we don't have anyone to do that service right now, they are usually not telling the truth. The weekend instructor tried to calm things down but the receptionist charged her. Sad that black people ruin the business for other black folks. See you Franklin never again after forty years of supporting you I can't do it any more. I will you tube and do my own hair from now on."

"Well where do I start...... There was not enough students to perform services ( the instructor had to work on at least 3-4 clients). I paid for cornrows with a design and received 9 tiny, thin cornrows going straight back. I had a picture of what I wanted. Of course my hair looked nothing like the presented photo. The instructor had nerve enough to say, my students accept tips. You get tipped if you do the style asked for and paid for. It is truly a hit or miss there, they definitely missed today. I had to come home and work on my hair for 2 hours. Still mad and my head is sore."
