"Booked an appointment online based on positive reviews. Arrived on time; as a first time client I expected to be greeted, but wasn’t. I understand being busy so I sat down where two other people were in the waiting area. Ms. stylist had one person in chair. The salon suite was cute but crowded; it took 15 minutes for the young lady to acknowledge my presence. Once we spoke, I was told she does not do natural hair. Had there been a notice on the online platform, I would’ve booked elsewhere. This was a total waste of time and I was unable to secure a last minute appointment with someone else so I could be ready for my event. Not cool. Lesson learned."

"Great service every visit and reasonable prices! I have been going to Mika for a few years and I not only enjoy the experience I love her work. She is very talented and knowledgeable about her craft. I have had color and relaxers and my hair is still healthy ☺️ which is very rare at a lot of black salons. I'm never there longer than 3 hours which I appreciate as being a busy mom on the go. I highly recommend this salon!"

I have never left with a unpleasant hair cut or style all i have to do is tell her its up to her and she can do what she want and again i'm a satisfied customer. I haven't been for awhile but this week i'm hoping to get a appointment. The people their is great, i dont have to wait all day when i go on a saturday and the pricing are okay..
