Caitlyn made sure my cut and style was exactly how I wanted, even though I usually go to a barber, and am very particular about my hair. "On July 20th I came to this location to get my hair colored and cut. I met with the stylist about 2-3 weeks before the appointment for a consultation to discuss my specific needs. We agreed on a color and specifically told her how I wanted my hair and she reassured me she could do it and the day of the appointment everything went well up until the haircut. It was a disaster from that point on. She obviously didn’t know how to cut my hair mind you my hair is fine and thin and no other hairdresser I have been to had a problem with my hair they always did an amazing job but this was not the case here. The color was amazing exactly what I wanted but the cut was absolutely awful. The ends were uneven and I had to ask her twice to fix it but it only made it worse and I asked her to stop. The bangs I asked for and was assured she could do she couldn’t do and I was so upset and she told me give it some time to settle and it should be fine it wasn’t. I have given it almost 2 months to settle and hopefully it would work and it doesn’t at all!!!! I have to wear headbands now, I shouldn’t have to!!!!! Now my hair color has started to fade at the roots has only been a month it should not happen this soon!!!!! I have been coloring my hair for years and this has never ever happened my roots usually don’t start to show for several more weeks so obviously this color was not applied correctly or the formula or brand did not stick to my hair!!!! I am absolutely livid very upset and disappointed that I spent $350!!!!!!! It was not worth it at all and now I have to let this disaster grow out some more and save up to fix it!!!!! I should not have to do that at all and I have never had to till now has been a very rough year from losing my mom to being in a horrific car accident!!!!! I chose this salon bc of the amazing reviews boy was I wrong!!!!! I’ll never come back here again or recommend this salon. I have never left a bad review before but this time I had to I had no choice too bad I couldn’t leave 0 stars!!!!!! Hopefully I’ll find someone to help me so I can feel good about myself."

"It was my first time in M Salon and I am very happy with the service. Blakley was my stylist and he was awesome! I highly recommend him. I had such a great time chatting with him. I laughed though the whole haircut - it made my day! He did a great job with my hair and even made me some curls. He listened carefully my expectations and did exactly what I asked for + more. He informed me me about every product he used on my hair and recommended me some products I asked for. Besides that, everyone in the salon wear a mask, and every station was disinfected carefully after use. They also checked my temperature when I arrived, so they follow all CDC guidelines. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely come back here!"
