"I came in for a quick dry trim, nothing major and Luz completely hacked my hair. First of all she wasn’t friendly at all and appeared to be in a bad mood. That should have been my first clue. But it was a simple trim so I didn’t think it would be possible to screw it up as badly as she did. It was uneven and choppy. SO UNEVEN. When I pointed it out, she very rudely told me it was bc of my highlights that it looked that way. I paid and left and had to immediately go find a place that could get me in to do a corrective cut. DO NOT GO HERE. The trim was so terrible, it’s almost like she did it on purpose. I had the person who did the corrective cut take photos to document it. Even she was surprised at how bad it was. In order to fix it, I would have to cut my hair off shoulder length. So she camouflaged it the best she could and I have to wear my hair curly until it grows out. Luz should not be allowed to touch hair."
