"Do not make the mistake I made. I got the worst haircut in my life. I requested specifically not to have it cut straight and that is all it was done because I was explained that is the only thing the girl knows how to do. I want a refund. Inexperienced and simply does not know how to cut hair other than a straigth line, for that you dont have to pay that much. Only option is a refund. Erica was informed at the time it was happening. There is no fix the hair is cut and I wont let them touch my hair again. Refund or pay me for letting Michaela train on my hair. Erica has had not the best attitude in helping the situation but rather threaten the client. Stay away!"

"Michaela is truly the best hairdresser in Houston. I came to the city a year and a half ago and first met her at her previous Salon in Katy and fell in love with her work. If you're wanting to change your hair color but are not sure Michaela is definitely the girl to go to. Every time I go to the salon I just sit and she knows what to do, plus she's an amazing human being and you'll have a lot of fun with her."
