"I'm so disappointment with my experience here. Never in my life have I gone to a salon of any price or quality and had a stylist so incompetent they couldn't understand what I was asking for. A "layered haircut" is not a new or difficult concept. I'm not sure if my stylist just didn't speak very good English or was too new to the field, but she didn't understand me at all. I wish I had been smarter and just walked out before the damage could be done. I will not be returning to this location."
