"They might do good hair, but service is a joke. This was my first time booking with them. I booked online a day ahead and showed up 10 minutes prior per their instructions. When I checked in, they told me the stylist was running 10-15 minutes behind. I took a seat and waited. At 1:30 I told check-in I couldn't wait any longer. 40 minutes. Then they changed their story and said the stylist was double booked and would be ready in about 10 more minutes. 2 people were at the front desk and other goes. "I can take you" only as I was walking out. Good salons stay on time and keep their appointments. Recommend you go somewhere else with better standards."

This salon is definitely an upgrade in quality of service and amenities to enjoy your experience while getting your hair done!"

"UPDATED-The manager of the Salon, Mandy was extremely professional, and caring towards my situation! If you want to go to this salon, my recommendation is to see one of the stylists that work directly for the salon (rather than rent a booth) Will not go back to get my hair done by Raegan, while she was very nice, I left VERY disappointed! I asked for very subtle highlights and got BIG chunks of blonde! The color was put on so sloppy, with very little effort/technique. I was charged $225 for cut & color! I did go back that same day and she corrected the highlights but offered no type of refund or apology for doing such a poor job in the first place. Do not recommend seeing her for balayage/highlights! The service was definitely not worthy of $225!"
