"Terrible service. The owner and manager of the establishment (Flor) has no professional ethics. I arrived and let him know I wanted a haircut. He asked me to take a seat and told me that he would attend to me as soon as he finished cutting the hair of the gentleman he was serving. I was the only customer waiting for service. I finished cutting the gentleman's hair 10 minutes later. He left me waiting another 20 minutes without telling me anything. Later another gentleman arrived at the establishment who greeted her by name and asked her if they could cut her hair. She (Flor) answered "of course yes", sat him in the chair and they began to cut his hair. I got up and continued to leave, then he told me "I'm going to cut your hair, have a seat", to which I replied "no, thank you" and left. I definitely DO NOT recommend this place. If I could give it 0 stars I would, except that in order to make the comment I have to give it at least one star."

"Friendly and professional service. Clean establishment. High-quality results. I have been a client of this hair salon for many years. Not only do I come out looking A LOT better than when I went in, I’ve noticed, while waiting for my turn for service, that other clients leave looking GREAT!"

"This is the WORST place you could get your haircut. Do NOT ever come here to get a woman’s haircut. I would leave ZERO stars if I could. For the price of a $15 woman haircut, I thought it was very cheap and thought maybe they would do a decent job in cutting 1 inch off with very little layers but they couldn’t even do that. The lady cut off 4-5 inches and left it so uneven, it looks like I have 2 big layers on top of each other. It’s the WORST haircut I’ve ever had. Hair will grow and I am very understanding that our hair can’t look exactly the way we want, but for them to mess it up so badly that there are longer pieces of hair than others and it’s so choppy and uneven ..it’s embarrassing. Went back to get it “fixed” immediately when I got into the car and realized in the mirror how bad it was done. The owner was kind enough to “fix” and even it out more but they cut off so much that they left my hair so short and if she were to cut more, it would be up to my shoulder where initially it was below the shoulder/breast. She still couldn’t fix the error that her coworker. It was so poorly done. I am so disappointed and can’t believe how incompetent they are. If you own a hair salon, you should know the basics of following instructions when the customer says only ONE inch, then cut only one inch, not five. And don’t leave it so uneven that even a 3rd grader could’ve done a better job, sadly. So I am warning all women, please save your time and money and avoid this place unless you want to look with uneven ugly hair. El peor corte de cabello de mi vida y en verdad no se como le dieron su licencia en cortar cabello cuando no pueden hacer algo tan simple en cortar una pulgada y dejar capas. Si alguien les dejara el cabello como me lo dejaron a mi, estarían igual de enojadas. Por favor mujeres, guarden su dinero y tiempo y eviten este lugar al menos de que quieran que se lo corten muy mal."
