"So the website won’t let you make appointments here. I’ve come here twice and no one was available. I called 3 times and finally got an answer from Candy to make an appointment for 1:30pm. She said come at 1:30 and ask for Candy. I did and Candy said that I would be seeing the other lady. The other lady was just starting braids on a new customer unaware of me, and asked me to come back later. I can’t because I have a job. If you have a job in the daytime and kids to get home to don’t ever get service here. These people don’t respect anyone’s time. Old 5 Star Review They can handle 4C hair here! I only wanted mine washed and blow dried to go get some braids elsewhere. She got it so straight that there was no need for braids."

"Two of my last three visits, I was met with a closed gate. One time, I had an appointment when the salon opened but no one was there. Today, I arrived at 5 pm but it was closed (gate down and lights off) although the website says they are open until 7 pm."

"I got my child's hair cut this morning and she has wavy hair. The stylist was nice but he dry cut her hair (large cut 6 inches off) and I asked for some blended layering about 2 to 3 inches. She sat with over half of her hair on her face for most of the haircut and kept saying i cant breathe. I was holding her hair off her face when i finally heard her. He cut her hair 2 inches higher on one side than the other then he cut a single non blended layer that cut at an angle and ended 3/4ths of the way across. My baby was crying bc I had to cut it myself to even it out. I will NEVER come here again. The worst hair cut I have ever seen."
