"I went in for a cut, color and highlights...OMG I cried. It's hideous. The base color is now a horrible copper color, the highlights are barely visible on one side with a wide streak on the other side which begin an inch away from the scalp and the cut was longer on one side than the other. I went in to talk with Elvia who did this and she picked up the scissors and said she could fix the uneven cut right now, UGH, I wouldn't let her cut my dogs hair...BAD EXPERIENCE"
