"Used to be my regular threading go to place , however lately it’s been a lot of disappointments. As someone who has light colored eyebrows and cherishes their hair growth I can honestly say this place has seemed to take more hair off oppose to a regular requested “clean up I’ve encountered many customer dissatisfactions before and have made the owner aware of only ONE time given she’s been good to me for many years and the disappointments have never been because of her. When I finally took the initiative to speak up about the repetitive disappointments — I made sure to return back a day she was working - the owner took the liberty of covering my thread session for that visit and reassured me that my long time business was appreciated… I was shocked she even noticed me - that type of acknowledgement made me stick around longer. I recently went on Tuesday 12/12 and a lady made my eyebrows very noticeably uneven and paper thin - mind didn’t even take the shape / technique request into consideration, which saddens me because my eyebrows were very outgrown (month worth) and she ruined it. As mentioned before the owner is great at doing eyebrows but I can’t stick around following only her schedule…it’s not fair to me and it’s also not fair to the owner clearly can’t depend her hired stylist to uphold her good reputation, sorry I will not be returning."

"I use to love coming here for a certain lady that did my eyebrows , i was never picky with them bcs they grow back quick. And i trusted the other ladies that use to work here as well . I have natural dark thick eyebrows so i didnt mind who did them but my favorite was this lady i mentioned at first. this place fell down ever since she left i got my eyebrows done there today with one of the new girls , and it just was not it.. i knew she rushed because she cut me on my brow bone several times and even my mom as well.. she left so many broken hairs all over , and they really did not look clean at all. And she left my left eyebrow tail way shorter than my right one. I entered with thick eyebrows and left with thin uneven brows.. i had to fix them myself the best i could with whatever was left. I still tipped bcs i always do but im just so disappointed and wont be coming back here."
