"Got facials done here recently but not happy with the quality of products that are being used. The girls do their job and maintain a good environment overall. Good place to go for eyebrows and waxing, do not recommend their facials. Better off spending the money somewhere else."

I wanted to keep my eyebrows thick and instead the lady did what she wanted without my permission. I don’t think she was trained or certified in doing eyebrows. "This happened a while ago. It was my first and last visit. This place deserves no stars. I came here with my husband wanting to get my nails done and I was told they don’t do nails…. Then, we decided to just get 30 mins massage. The employees refused to serve my husband claiming that they don’t serve men. Bad business! When I finally got my massage by Nanu, it was the worst massage ever, she put oil all over my hair. I was charged $30 instead of their advertised $24.99 on their business card. I confronted them about it and I was told they had increased the price and their new cards didn’t come in yet. I would of been fine with it if they had told me upfront. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and received no response from this business. This was triple false advertising!"
