"I don’t normally complain online but this lady charged me $150 and my hair is still falling out after I asked for just a little highlight. This was awful; I felt that I was sitting too long and I had had highlights years ago. She literally burned my hair and obviously didn’t know how to blow dry my hair and kept asking to straighten it. No it’s not okay for your hair to fall out! I’ve seen that with people that do that to their hair a lot. It’s been two days and it’s still falling out :( Edit: The owner(Nora) reached out to me to fix it and while the length is shorter than I had originally wanted she did make it look great. She was very helpful and ended up doing my eyebrows and did an excellent job. Make an appointment with Nora- you’ll need the appointment but she does good work and great fixes. This is the woman to go for hair repairs-"
