"I do not recommend this place at all. I wish I had checked the reviews before going. Look at how you respond to your customers; you have a serious lack of professional ethics. Just because someone tells you that you are not doing a good job doesn't mean it's not true. My experience was not good; they are bad colorists. This was my first and last time at this place. They should be more humble and admit their mistakes. It's not appropriate to respond like that to customers who are paying for a job that is not being done well or done poorly. It’s good you have reflected and changed the way in which your respond to customer reviews, however you have left a bad impression in every aspect already."
