"I'm very disappointed because this was my to go hair salon ever since 6-8 years mom use to come hear to get her haircut or highlights but unfortunately she move to different state so she stop going. My hairstylist use to be yolis before I would head there i would schedule my appointment with her within 2 weeks or more since I am always working full time from morning to night all week .A while back I had gone in person to see if she could take me in . The salon was empty and seemed she had finished 3 lady's and she ignore the fact I was trying to be seen by her till I stood up and asked her If she could take me in , she mentioned if I didn't mind waiting I could have stayed but bc I had errands to do and I work I left .now take in mind I live around 30 min away from this salon so I text her and call her to schedule app and no answer..now before I even went in person I had called ms.yolis and no answer My thing is , if you don't want to give service don't make excuses and don't let customers spend their sacred time in a place where yall don't feel attending/ welcoming anymore. Despite , her great talent and great work I had a very unpleasant visit ."
