The shop itself made me feel very claustrophobic, as everytime you turn around you are bumping into another customer, technician, or furniture, but very welcoming. The technicians all immediately acknowledged me when I walked in. Without an appointment, I walked in and there was a technician immediately available to start working on my nails. They had huge selection of powders and polishes including UV reactive, metallic-magnetic, ect. I had a design in mind and showed Quyen a picture, she said it would be no problem at all and went straight to work! The design turned out so much better than the picture I brought in. The shop also offers a frequent customer rewards program, visit 10x and spend $15+ to get a stamp. Receive $15 off any service after 10 stamps. I am very pleased with my fullset and as long as they last, I will definitely be back to Hollywood Nails for my next set! I definitely reccomend Quyen, she was very friendly."
