"Please don’t go here to get your hair bleached. Stylist absolutely burnt my hair, and pretended like everything was fine. Took about 4 hours in total to absolutely destroy my hair, was very unprofessional. Kept taking personal calls the entire time, even took a lunch while she left me under the dryer and attended two different customers. Started pulling chunks of hair out of my head, throwing them away, and still refused to acknowledge that she messed up. Had the audacity to offer me setting lotion at the counter, and told me to come back for a keratin treatment. I paid $150 since she said she bleached the majority of my hair. During the bleaching process kept saying how my hair was turning blue and green, blamed the end result on this. I’ve bleached my hair many times and I’ve never had it turn blue/green. Absolutely awful. My hair won’t stop falling out. She tried to cover it up my blow drying it, and I could see my hair falling out and flying up in the air while she did that. The only reason I paid her was because she clearly needed the money since she perpetually refused to acknowledge that she messed up. Hair was supposed to be a balayage ended up being bad highlights and burnt off more than half of my hair. Update to owners response: Yes my hair was black but if you didn’t think you could achieve the color I wanted you should of disclosed that from the beginning. Leaving bleach in my hair for approximately two hours while discussing your marital problems on the phone is not confirming future appointments. I said the end product was fine when I was asked if I loved it, on visual only, the hair seemed fine but when I go home and my hair is falling out of my hair from you over processing it of course I’m not happy. Yes I’ve had my hair bleached before as have many other women does that mean my hair was going to fall off regardless, no. This was my hair before you bleached it, dyed but natural hair, I don’t even use heat on it so please tell me how damaged my hair was? No split ends no breakage but somehow you made my hair falling out excusable. The hair looked fine until I started brushing through it so how was I supposed to tell you right there and then I wasn’t happy with the end result? This is my problem lack of accountability if you messed up my hair you should’ve said something then and there and not proceed to charge me 150$ because you “bleached almost my entire hair”"
