"I’ve visited this place 3 times within the past month. Every time there has been a different mishap. The biggest mishap that seems to be reoccurring is that my toes are being cut as they are taking off the dead skin. The first time it was my pinky toe on my left foot and today is was my big toe on my right foot. My acrylic nails have been popping off because they did not file nor remove the oil from my hands. I’m disappointed because it’s near my house yet I’ll drive out of the way to avoid this treatment."
"I went to luxe nail salon for the first time and had AMAZING services ! My did my nails and she did amazing. I work in the ICU so I can not have artificial nails nor can I have them long. My did an overlay and the shape was everything ! I will request for her EVERYTIME ! Thank you sooo much luxe nails and My for doing them for me !"
"I love how “TU” works, he is incredible, he has never disappointed me, about his work I have not complained at all. but my last visit was not very relaxing! At the beginning of working with me he had to leave for 10 to 15 minutes to fix do previous girl's nails, when he returned with me, another person who he works with came to talk to him and at least 1 or 2 more people around me talking to him for a really long time, it was uncomfortable and not very relaxing."

"I've been a loyal customer since opening day but have noticed quality has gone down while the price has doubled. They are not up charging for cutting nails, shape, removal (even when getting a new full set). My nail shape is square round. The technician just changed it to almond without asking and then charged me for it! This is my real nail and not plastic tips so my nails are ruined. It addition to this I get French and several tech's are now painting the white on, even though I tell them that I don't want it like that. They respond it's better and then charge me an additional $20 for using gel paint that I didn't want in the first place. I have posted a picture below of the horrible paint job on my nails below. In addition to all of this, I keep getting cut because the people doing toes aren't paying attention. Two of my toes were cut with the file around the skin. I paid a total of $143 for this. Ridiculous. This loyal customer is now seeking a new nail shop."
