"Definitely don’t recommend spending your time or money here. This was my first and last time. I got 2 manicures and pedicures and both done very rushed and sloppy results. Big waste and spent over $100. Nail techs were rude, poor customer service over all."

"Been coming to this nail salon for over a year. This last time the service was rushed and the tech did not listen or a knowledge how I asked for my nails to be done. First she cut them too short to maintain the shape that I had. Then tried to force me to get a different shape to “save me money”. I got pink and white powder with a heart on each ring finger which was an extra $15…that’s insane! Paid and tipped despite my service not being satisfactory. I returned the next day to have them repaired as they were too thick and the powder wasn’t adhered to my natural nails. I was asked to return in an hour which I did. Once I returned I was made to wait for 30 min and no help. I was denied a refund or even a future discount. The owners were very rude. Will not be returning and would not recommend. Photo below shows my nails less than 24hrs after leaving the salon this is just two but at least four of them are this way which means they will likely start to break."

"I've been coming here twice a month for a year and a half and decided to update my review. This is my all-time favorite nail salon. I feel so pampered and taken care of every time I come here. I always look forward to my mini spa experience. Emily always knows when it's me on the phone and remembers who and what I like. She even asks if my mom is coming! It's the personalized experience I never knew I needed. When I first started coming here, I had a not-so-positive experience with the design, but she made sure to get it taken care of and introduced me to Windy. Windy is INCREDIBLE with nail designs. If you're super picky with your nails like me, then make sure to go to her. Words can't even describe how amazing she is. I always enjoy talking to her and get so excited to show her what I want done. (I attached a few photos to show of some of her great work, but theres so many more!) May is great for pedicures—very accommodating and makes the shape so beautiful. And I'll be giving Rosie a shoutout on account of my mom. She takes her time perfecting my mom's shape, and her nails always look gorgeous. I'm so grateful to all these ladies for making me always feel beautiful. As someone who was insecure with my fingers and toes, I now love looking at my hands and feet in admiration of their amazing work. I'm constantly showing off my nails now. Their dedication and talent have made a lasting impact on my self-confidence and well-being. Here's to the wonderful team who turns each visit into a delightful experience. "This was my first time getting a full set of nails. I did a lot of research in the surrounding areas and decided on Tipsy. I was extremely pleased with my experience. Teresa explained to me the differences between each manicure set. I highly recommend coming in with inspo pictures for your tech. I cannot recommend Windy enough. She made the experience extremely relaxing. Now I am highly considering going back for more treat yourself spa appts!"

"I love my nails. IVY did my nails. She was very detail specific and checked several times after doing each steps. I highly recommend going here. She explained and also recommended ideas. Definitely will go back to her!! Only negative I found was , just for the nails I paid $85 which I think is too much. I didn’t have manicure or pedicure done, the price was too high."
