"I recently visited this place to get my eyebrows done, and while the work itself was of decent quality, I had a less than pleasant experience. The technician who works on seat number 3 her pressure was way too high, resulting in her accidentally hurting my eyelid, threading the skin off while working on my brows. To top it off, when I didn't tip her, she and the receptionist made faces, which left me feeling uncomfortable and unappreciated as a customer. Overall, while the work was good, the service and professionalism left much to be desired."

"This was my first visit. They close at 7pm so I told them I would be there at 6:30pm but got off work later than I planned. Didn’t get there until 6:45 but they were still so welcoming and gave great service all around. Rahila threaded my eyebrows so good and now they have a new customer out of me. Thank you Rahila!!"

"I visited this salon hoping to get my eyebrows threaded, a simple service that I assumed would be available to everyone. However, I was disappointed to learn that it’s apparently only for women. As a customer, I believe everyone should have equal access to services, regardless of gender. It’s disappointing that this salon enforces such outdated and discriminatory practices. Due to this policy, I will not be returning to this salon and will be sharing my experience with others to raise awareness about the importance of inclusivity in businesses. I hope they reconsider their policies to create a more welcoming environment for all customers."

"Every 2 weeks I visit Rahila for my eyebrow threading. I never leave disappointed, she is the best!! All the ladies there do a wonderful job, however Rahila is my favorite; very kind & personable. We always have a great conversation while I'm in her chair."

"I had a truly awful experience at this salon. First of all, they pressured my wife to tip them before they even finished the service, which felt incredibly uncomfortable. The lady providing the service even made comments about the tip not meeting her expectations, which is completely unprofessional. To top it off, they charged her a whopping $85+ for the service. But that's not all - they made a mess of my wife's eyebrows, causing them to bleed. The overall experience left her feeling extremely uncomfortable, and the staff's rudeness was simply unacceptable. We won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone."
