"Few stylists are great. Their front desk service is bad. I had benefits for 75 like they advertised then they changed my mind and decided they want to charge me $90 a month. If that wasn’t bad… I called them to move my appointment if possible and keep my benefits they confirmed that I can do that, but when I get to the salon they charge me on top of my subscription. Their mistakes fall onto the customer. They don’t train their staff and expect you to deal with the cost of that. I’ve tried them for few months, but it has been unpleasant more than I can count. Take your business elsewhere. I’m not coming back."

"I loved my experience at this location! A sweet front desk team welcomed me and offered me a beverage and then I met Chasity. I have had many, many blowouts but nothing like this one. Amazing wash, very relaxing and the blow dry was also quite calming. For styling, sometimes when you ask for loose curls, you get tight ringlets that “will fall out and be perfect.” But Chasity used a flatiron and gave me the perfect loose hair waves with no ringlets. It’s been 4 days and it looks like I just got a blowout! Forever a Chasity fan!"
