She pays attention to details and gives you tips on how to care for your hair/locs. She is very experienced. I'm never going anywhere else! All the stylists and barber in this shop are just wonderful and happy people!!! There is also a weekend pop up store at the salon(Saturdays)."

"Scheduled an appointment for my son to get starter locs with Dietra. She did an amazing job but these are the reasons for the 2 stars 1. When I called to confirm the appointment and get the address she was very rude on the phone albeit I'll admit it was my fault I had the dates wrong. 2. My son got there n she had to leave "real quick" to run an errand and kept him waiting for over an hour. 3. The price she quoted me on the phone was NOT what she charged my son...telling him it was her bad that she did not ask how old my son was whenever I made the appointment, because she was expecting a 12 yr old and not a 17 yr old grown man so there was a $20 upcharge. Needless to say we shall not be returning!"
