"I always see this place on the way home and I thought to give it a try ... Bad idea. $55 for dip nails that are uneven and lumpy. When I told the lady who did them she said "well you nails are not like others so I will fix it.. "and fix it she DID NOT. All people's nail beds and hands are shaped differently. So with you being a nail salon you should know how to do all shapes and sizes of nails or have a technique to shape them if the nail bed was different. She was very rude and rushed through the entire process.. she was even rude with how she handled my hands just very harsh and yanked them around. I think she was the owner or manager because everyone else seemed to go to her for something, she answered the phone etc. A few locals I guess came in and she greeted them and made them feel welcomed.. not a good way to get more business with your attitude , stiffness and the inability to not have customers nails look clumpy and uneven. I also asked for my cuticles to get cleaned and she was harsh doing that too. Isn't a nail pampering day supposed to be relaxing?! I just don't understand. If your in a rush than tell me and I'll come back when my nails can be done properly. Otherwise- Just take your time and do it right! I Won't be returning or recommending."
