"I was extremely disappointed I felt like not only was the service rushed (they were not busy at all) I didn’t appreciate the attitudes coming from the techs. When I mentioned the color I wanted not being quite right and my sets were nothing like the photos I showed them. one of the techs was rolling his eyes as much as I apologized I could tell he wanted me to leave. My nails had acrylic over the cuticle walls so I know they will lift soon and the shaping was not neat or uniform at all. I’ve never been to a nail salon where the service was this lazy and sloppy. I don’t want to bash the salon but they’ve got to do better especially when I know they have years of experience. Not only that if a customer is nicely letting you know they are something is not quite right or expectations not met, take it as constructive criticism since we as customers pay hard earned money for this. Wish yall the best but please do better and show more compassion to your clientele."
