"I have visited several salons in Houston, NONE have the knowledge and interest in natural hair like Timeka at this salon. I even have a "go to salon" I like because I like the stylist there, but even at that place, the knowledge is a bit lacking. If you have natural hair and you want more than just a consideration for locs, a silk press or braids, Sugacurls is where you need to be. T knows about ALL of it, and can tailor to your needs for wearing your natural hair, period. It is extremely hard to find a salon that knows what your natural hair needs without putting you in a box (most places push locs, silk presses or braids). This is one of the only places I would feel comfortable getting a silk press at if I desire it because I do not feel like thats my only option when I go to this salon."

"I love the JCP salon, it's easy to get an appointment, the salon is clean and the hair products offered are reasonably priced. Rhiannon is an excellent stylist who listened to what I wanted and did a beautiful job. She made me feel comfortable and was courteous and professional. I like the parking garage because I can get to my car without getting wet when it rains and it keeps my car cool in the summer heat. I recommend this salon to anyone looking for the perfect place for hair services."
