"I went to this store specifically to buy my daughter the new Ariana Grande perfume for her birthday and also looking for some other gift ideas for the multitude of women in my life. I have become quite comfortable and familiar with the quality and selection in their stores. This is why I was completely caught off guard when the manager approached me and began to speak as if she knew me. I was completely sure I had never spoken to this woman before. And was even more sure when she began talking about my wife. That's when I knew she was confused and being confrontational as I am widowed over the last year. She obviously thought I was someone else and began an occusionatory tone with ne and assured me their staff security guard would be following me around . Extremely angry I proceeded to the register to pay for my fragrance when I should have just left. This continues to happen and will no longer be shopping at these prejudice stores. I spent large amounts of money especially on fragrances and makeup. Many other stores would treat me as a valued customer and not a suspect!! Do not shop here if you value your respect!¡!"

"Nice store. Large variety of products ranging in prices. The employees have been helpful, never an issue getting assistance. The store is clean, organized, and well lit. My only complaint, which is no fault of Ulta, is that this locations parking lot is crazy. If you do not move from your parking space "fast enough" prepare to get the finger and yelled at by people wanting your spot..."
