"Me and my friend went here to get our hair bleached and styled. We were super excited to get a cute a stylish cut. Me and her asked the hairdresser for a balayage and she said she could do both of us at the same time. At the beginning she started by foiling it, which is warning enough. But not only that, she left me sitting there without checking my hair for 20 minutes! The bleach came out platinum when i asked for a warm shade and my roots were incredibly uneven. My friend’s hair was the same. This is the worst job i’ve ever had done on me and the second i got home i cried. Absolutely horrible, never coming here again. I paid $200 for the worst haircut of my life."
