"I can’t say enough about how amazing, attentive, flexible and talented Linh is. I have been coming to her for so many years and so have many of my cousins, sister and friends she knows exactly what style best suits your face . She is such a professional and her suite is so comfy and smells amazing, when we aren’t talking and catching up I am taking the most amazing naps lol . I appreciate how she is always willing to work with me and honestly if she can’t reschedule me immediately due to how busy she is I am willing to wait a week or so because I couldn’t dare let anyone else touch my lashes. I 100% recommend and if you don’t believe me, check it out yourself."

"I cannot compliment, commend, and recommend Lihn enough! She truly is a master of her craft, who has won me over & solidified me as a client for life!! Especially after today when I arrived for my appt. I had received a call from my vets office (for my fur baby who was having TPLO surgery) with an emergency call that ended up being a miscommunicated update call, that left me an emotional wreck. Ms. Lihn spent the time with me to calm me down & allow me to process through all my emotions, before sitting down & assuring I am ok to continue with completing my lash refill. First of all, please do not pay attention to the negative reviews…they are definitely not representative of the quality and professionalism you will receive. I suffer from Lupus, have a pretty hectic life, & travel out of town for work…which leaves me canceling/rescheduling appts (more often than I want to admit), & Lihn has always found a way to schedule me in. As a lone business owner/operator she will do everything she can to fit you in (since she is so talented, she books very quickly), we also schedule my next lash refill in 2-3 weeks at the end of my completed appt. There have been times when I have had a specific schedule, with limited days…so I text her my availability & somehow she has ALWAYS found a new appt time for me (on more than one occasion we have had a few text exchanges to find a perfect time). She is extremely talented and has been extremely consistent in her work (I have gone through several lash techs, until I found my Unicorn in Lihn). On a side note: I have really gotten to know her and our business/client relationship has transformed in to a friendship. I have previously owned my own business & completely understand the pressure(s) of accommodating clients, but, will admit Lihn has a better system for tracking appts. Her system will text you the day before your appt to remind you, it will text you when you have completed & text when you have paid for your current appt, and will send you a text for the day you schedule your next appointment. On another side note: I was previously a client at another Lash Lounge & was charged $75 for a refill that was NEVER consistent in quality or overall look, & the lashes did not last as long. My suggestion, if you have to reschedule, please be prepared to give a few options to Lihn & be available to communicate back what will or will not work for you. She DOES take the time to get to know you, your needs, and your schedule, & she will be as accommodating as she can. She’s truly gifted & has the softest hands…I cannot tell you how many times I have fallen asleep on the table because she is so gentle. If you go to her, I promise, you WILL NOT be disappointed!! I highly & thoroughly recommend her & her meticulous work!!"

"I started seeing Linh when she had her own location, shortly after she started renting a single room at Ty’s salon. She charges $75 for a 3 week refill. She does a good job, if your able to get an appointment. I always asked for the last appt Saturday (bc I have small children and my husband works) booking 3 weeks in advance and she’d say 2:30-3pm latest! When her google hours say open til 7! I’ve gone to her for years but this past week I needed to change my appointment for the following week. A whole 7 days later and she didn’t have availability. I then asked for during the week after 5. She replied “no I don’t”. Didn’t apologize didn’t offer a different day and time. For that reason I will never see her again nor refer anyone to her. You have to work around her schedule she doesn’t work around yours. She doesn’t care whether you’ve been her client a few weeks or a few years! There’s a lash salon on every corner, take your business where it’s appreciated! ** after my review she sent me this picture of her price list that I’ve never seen before. For years that I have gone to her I’ve paid $75 for a 3 week volume lash refill. She’s never mentioned she has “packages” that can save you money."

"Got my lashes done 2 weeks ago and they haven't fallen out yet. Their glue is super strong and not irritable at all because I have sensitive skin. I take really hot showers and I've been very active, but my lashes are still nicely curled and intact!!! The texture of the hairs are so gentle, soft and dark. I'm super happy with my lashes, both Katy and Linh are professional and quick! 10/10 recommend :]"

"I was so excited to find a lash salon close to my home. Especially, due to having an existing set of lashes on already. I originally scheduled a removal and new set. Upon my arrival the technician let me know that my lashes were good and she could just refill the current set. Imagine my surprise- as most lash salons won’t refill a set they didn’t install. The installation went well my tech was friendly and my lashes looked great when she finished. However, 2 days later they started falling out in multiples... I contacted the salon and she assured me they could repair my lashes no issues. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get there after work due to late hours. I apologized and asked if I could just come in that Saturday morning. The lady that I was texting with said Saturday was fine but they were going to charge me for a one week refill ... I’m like are you serious? I contacted you 2 days after the refill to let you know my lashes were all but bald. She grudgingly agreed to assess when I arrived. She offered a 12 o’clock appointment which worked for me. I arrived at 12 o’clock on my SCHEDULED appointment day only to find she scheduled someone else. Her excuse was that I didn’t confirm... I was pissed, particularly since we had been going back and forth via text and arrived at the 12 o’clock solution. I didn’t want to be too aggressive with someone that was going to be attaching eyelashes to my one and only pair of eyes, so I agreed to come back later that day. When I got there she pawned me off on a little lady that was somewhat arrogant and not personable at all. She removed the last few remaining twisted lashes but it felt as if she were just pulling them out and not using any technique. FYI, I’ve been wearing lashes for years and can usually tell what’s going on by the feel. I’m not sure what this lady was doing- she kept pulling at my lashes and going in / out of a drawer. I got nervous and tried to open my eyes which were glued together. I Have Never Had That Happen!!! I believe she used that cheap harsh adhesive for purposes of the lashes lasting longer but they still have mostly fallen out and my lash line is crunchy. My advice is to stay away from this less than quality lash salon and explore more quality places. I will never go here again and wouldn’t recommend them for my granddaughter’s Barbie doll. You get what you pay for....."
