"first and foremost I know how to thread but this was a bad experience this lady threaded my eyebrows and I always been getting them done, but this lady felt like she was cutting me everytime she touch my face and when I told her she got upset. I asked for upper lip and sideburn wax and she left all half the hair thier I didn’t even want her to fix I just wanted to leave. Im going to keep going to my lady on fiesta she does a good job quick and painless"

"So this young tall skinny lady did my service she was very mean and rude. I asked her why she was being rough she didn’t say nothing. They need some type of training on how to thread properly because soon as I got up their was a hundred tiny cuts"

"Very unprofessional, the lady was on the phone all time! We walk in she was on the phone I did say we needed service for 2 people of course her conversation was more important didn’t listen I soon she was done with me proceeded to the register to charge. I told her it was 2 of us that needed the eyebrow done, still on the phone! It was so uncomfortable getting my eyebrows done she kept having a full conversation talking in my face! I was scare she was going to spit me! The treading was so painfull I guess cause she kept trading my eyebrows and talking! How unsanitary now with Covid and talking on people face! Will never go back there! Unprofessional and unsanitary! And my eyebrows where un even what could expect from someone who prioritize being on the phone than concentrating on what service they are doing!"
