"Rescheduling fees are ridiculous. I prefer sugaring, so I drive to cypress, but their policies are the obvious reason for why their central location was shut down. The service was mediocre likely due to high turn over from staff still learning to sugar properly. I won’t return and I wouldn’t recommend to my enemies."
"Been coming here for almost a year loved it until one of the employees took it upon their hands and booked an appointment for me without my permission and charged my card , I tried too call them about how the issue could be resolved , and they simply called me a liar and didn’t care about my concerns or how they could help me even after explaining it too the manager he kept dismissing my concerns about their employee misunderstanding telling me I was wrong as if what I was saying didn’t matter , very bad customer service they don’t care about their customers rude overall . Don’t trust ur card information to this people they will charge you without ur permission Worst experience ever take ur service elsewhere!"
"My first time sugaring and the girl that did mine was very nice and sweet. Not all the hair was removed but overall she did a great job. I was able to tak3 advantage of the first time half off deal. The place was clean and smelled good. Receptionist was very nice."
