"I’ve taken my son here twice and both times have been bad haircuts. Today the lady used a 1.5 guard instead of a 2. She cut his hair to look like a bowl cut with no blend. The more she tried to fix it, the worse and worse it got. It’s hit or miss with some of these branches but this one is 0 for 2. I won’t back. Now I have a 2 year old with a haircut that made his mom cry. Horrible."

"I’ve never been so upset about a haircut before, I went in just asking for the length to be evened out and she asked “what about these pieces” and it was two strands I was trying to grow out so I told her not to touch them and not only did she cut those but she butchered my bangs. They were slightly crooked and she pointed it out and I said it’s okay to even it out but instead she used HAIR THINNING SCISSORS ON THEM, and it made them look worse than before I came in!! Honestly I’m not going back there and if I have to then I’ll ask someone else ANYONE ELSE to cut my hair, I got a new job and this is not what I wanted to look like on my first day."

"I went in and asked for my son's hair to be cut. I wanted it short on the sides and a little bit longer at the top to where he still had some hair covering his forhead. The lady starts cutting his hair and another employee walks in. The hair stylist is talking with her coworker the entire time she is cutting his hair and nothing about the hair cut is even. When we arrived she didn't even greet us when we walked in, she saw us and continued to clean her station as we waited and still no greeting, the first thing she said was is it just him? no hello welcome or anything like that so rude, and when my son said she was hurting him she said oh no it dosent hurt it just tickles and she continued and he tried to tell her again that she was hurting him and she just didn't care or stop. I told her it looks fine, paid and left I didn't want to seem like a Karen and complain, but I am no at all happy with the whole experience and the way that she cut his hair the pictures should speak for them selves."
