She stated she couldn't cut my sons hair because it was long and curly,why didn't I come a week before, shaking her head talking in their native language. Its clearly Unprofessional .gave her simple instructions low taper fade with half a trim on top. Started cutting his hair in a bad mood.She cut almost all his top hair.
