"Unsatisfied with the service provide it by Elizabeth. At the beginning everything was nice and courteous from her, I got a normal hair cut I was okay with that. I returned to do some type of highlights which I showed her pictures of the color i wanted and the way I wanted but the results were the opposite, I got a different colort type which didn't match my natural hair color btw I came back to see if she can fix it or do something about. But for my surprise the they wanted me to pay $25 extra to change the color tone so I was like NO THANKS. So disappointed I rather go somewhere else and pay the whole thing redone."

"First time trying out this place and there are not enough stars on here that I would rate it as. I would give this place 100 stars if I could! Very happy with my haircut and she was fast and precise. Not only did I like her efficiency but she had wonderful customer service and was so polite in conversation. The salon itself is quiet and very clean. Not a single hair unswept. Polished counters, organized magazines, etc. And the prices are average and affordable. They do everything from colouring, styles, to body waxing and soon-to-be manicures/pedicures! She also does all kinds of hair types. When I came in, she was currently working on a AA young woman and overheard that customer's approval of her hairstyle and colouring. Ask for Elizabeth! ( the owner of this great establishment ) Very hardworking and caring of her customers. You can tell by just how careful she is when touching your hair. Did I mention she offers free shampooing and conditioning? She said she prefers it rather than the spray bottle. Bring your kids, too! She does women, men, and children!"
