"Very bad customer service! They made me wait over an hour because I didn’t have an appointment, I’ve walked in before and I have never had to wait that long; they also started attending a couple of girls that had arrived after me before myself… Ive been a client for 3 years, Ive drove over an hour to go there because I liked the way they did my eyebrows and when I expressed to KIM the way I felt about that , she started laughing at me , saying that I would just go there to get my brows done when other people came to get full service (I guess they care more for people that get full service ) and basically asked me to leave. Never coming back here."
