"Have been coming here for years, since they opened,always fine until now, walked in and got serviced by lady on 3rd chair asked her to clean up and trimm, she over did the threading and left my eyebrows super thin and uneven."

"Yesterday, evening I visited 1st time and my experience was worst I usually don’t write reviews but this time it was horrible experience… Firstly, staff are rude they don’t know how to talk to customers.secondly, I had face waxed and pre-informed that I have sensitive skin please be careful and look what happend after she was done I told her she burned my face she was not ready to except her mistake. Thirdly, when I was dying with burn what she reply is then you should not have done it’s very common it means it’s common for them to burn ppl face ????? I could not sleep all night because of burning sensation on my face…. They had no apology nothing she was acting as if nothing happened wrong.."

"So I've been coming to Ruby's for several years now and each time these ladies have provided wonderful service on whatever it is I need done on those particular days. I highly recommend giving them a try and going in and experiencing it for yourself. They have always taken good care of me and I'm pretty sure they will take care of you as well. Thank you"

"Never again!!! After my service the lady asked me if I had cash to pay I said No. She asked me again I said no im paying with debit card. She asked me for the 3rd time same question. Then she said "I have to charge xtra to use card." It didn't say anywhere in the place about extra charge for using Debit card!!!. I understand to use the card for a minimum or charge if I use credit card.. the service was rushed worst experience with my service. I' don't like to leave bad review. Usually if I have nothing nice to say I just don't say it and not go anymore."

"Honestly disappointed. They don't know how to wax legs properly. They missed so many spots! Avoid waxing while you can. Only pro is that they do eyebrows well. But aside from that I do not like the fact they take away your punch card even when you haven't filled the other rows. Like there is no point in giving them out if you won't let customers fill the sections out. I would avoid this place for waxing, period. Also I hope they learn how to properly santize their tools! Last time they didn't..."
