"On Sunday I can say confidently that I received the worst haircut of my life. The person cutting my hair Micheal had no idea what he was doing. It’s sad when 4 people get their haircuts done and over while you get yours done. He had to constantly ask what to do and how to do it to the other employees. Total time in great clips (I checked in online so I was able to get seated right away) was 40 minutes. 40 minutes for a simple haircut, that turned out terrible! I’ve never had to ask for a redo, but this time it was so terrible I was debating just buzzing it all off. Gabby I believe was able to help me after I came back in, did a good job but asked what was wrong with it (obvious hack job) and blamed it on my hair being long before (I’ve had way longer hair and plenty of haircuts, never needed my cowlick to”reset”) (probably to try and save face, I’m in the service industry so I know what backtracking looks like) overall I would recommend the owner get rid of Micheal, save other people from getting terrible haircuts, and maybe pay me for the learning experience I so graciously provided your employee"

"Closed 15 minutes before the actual closing time. If you want to be out by that time then post an earlier closing time so it’s not misleading."

"Service is fine. However, you need to stop the continuous increase in the cost of a simple haircut. The cost of my hair cut since 2020 has increased by 33%. Way above the inflation rate."

"I've had great experiences with getting haircuts here at the Great Clips Thor Ranch location. Got one of my best hair cuts yesterday. I always go with either Lynn or Reyna. Now their hours are even better with opening at 8am. Also very convenient getting into queue online so no time wasted. Great work!!!!!!!"

"Usually when Gabby is there we have an awesome experience but today we did not. The lady who greeted us had her kid playing in the back and when asked who had experience with low bald fade she pointed to Reyna who then said she needed a picture and wasn’t sure what it look like. At the end I paid and gave a 2.00 tip as courtesy and when I was handed my receipt I said thank you to Reyna and she didn’t respond and looked the other way. Terrible experience. Only coming when Gabby is here."
