"Irresponsible employees and managers. Returned a dress from revolve at this location with happy returns. They never returned it, I called happy returns AND revolve and when I called to speak to the manager and asked her politely if she could just check again for me, she didn’t get out of her chair or put me on hold to check she just said “there’s no way it’s here”."

"I am beyond happy with how my hair appointment went! I decided last minute that I wanted to get my hair done for my birthday. The two Ulta locations closer to me did not have any availability, so I chose this one. I will continue to drive from Cypress to this Ulta for all of my future hair appointments. I went from a permanent medium brown color (also previously professionally done at Ulta) to this gorgeous balayage for only $120. (Results may vary obviously depending on how many layers of color in your hair that you need lifted). Adriana was very sweet and did an amazing job! She even stayed an extra 45 minutes after her shift ended to complete my haircut with a blow out, and styled it with a curling iron. I feel like she went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my results. Definitely worth the drive and the time spent in the salon chair. I feel like Ulta salon does not get enough credit. When I told my friends I was planning on going there they all told me it wouldn’t turn out well and recommended over priced, “instagram”, salons/stylists. I’m glad I trusted Ulta to hire equally talented cosmetologists and I’m so happy with my results! Thank you again, Adriana, for the experience and the results. I will continue to see you and recommend you to all friends and family in the area!"
