"If I could leave 0 stars I would. I called and made an appointment for 10:30 a.m., I arrived at 10:25 a.m. I was greeted with "You called for a 10:30 a.m. appointment"? I said "yes". The lady turned around and continued working on another client with very long hair doing highlights. I assumed someone else would be taking me. After 20 minutes, another lady said "I'm sorry, she took another client even though you had called and made an appointment. Another stylist should be her in 15 minutes and she can take you". 30 minutes later I walked out! Extremely unprofessional! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!"
"After a horrible cut and color I found Ale at Shear Perfection! She had her work cut out for her but did an amazing job! I wish I had taken before and after pictures. Nothing short of magic!! I can’t recommend her enough. If you are looking for a new stylist in the cypress area give her a try!"

"I’ve been getting my hair done in this salon for years it is now owned by new management and their prices have doubled very alarming I know that pricing goes up but almost double and the upkeep of the salon is not close to how it was before. I noticed the new management is more concerned about the price of the services and not the customer service it’s sad to say but I will be withdrawing from coming into the salon for future services.. I was very happy with the service and the pricing even though the salon is not very prestigious but now that the prices have gone up higher than some of the most prestigious salons around that’s where I’ll be going if I’m going to pay those kind of prices.."
